- Directly responsible for the performance of the project team.
- Timely decisions for achieving the project schedule, cost requirements.
- Effective management of EPCIC functions including Subcontract Management.
- Incumbent is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgement in the performance of agreed assignments.
- Lead the overall planning, co-ordination and management including HSE, QA/QC, Materials, Manpower and Resources Planning, Logistics, Tools & Equipment’s for all phases of work such as Engineering, Procurement, Onshore Fabrication, Offshore Installation, Heavy Lift, SIMOPS, Shutdown Planning/Execution, Hook-up, Commissioning & Start-up.
- Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly reporting to the client.
- Ability to identify risks, Value Generation, Learnings incorporation while executing Projects.
- Guide or assist leads in executing the deliverables.
