- Act as the primary point of contact for one of our major customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand the customer's business needs and align HR services to support their strategic objectives.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR services for the assigned customer for a different set of countries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate HR services delivery, including talent and workforce management and compensation & benefits administration.
- Be an integral part of the project team, contributing to the development and implementation of HR solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our partners to drive successful project outcomes and exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct workshops with the customer to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Utilize a consultative approach to provide tailored HR solutions that address customer needs.
- Serve as the escalation point for any HR services delivery issues, working proactively to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar client-facing role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices in one of the following countries/regions: MEA, Romania, Turkey or Central Europe.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Romanian, Arabic, Turkey or German, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organization
