Job Description:job Role
  • Identify and develop new relationships for generating business.
  • Supervise and guide Relationship Managers assigned for managing relationships and act as intermediary between internal and external customers. Get right and quality manpower to source business.
  • Regular training and updates to sales team and business partners with the aim of improving quality and TAT, resulting in higher volume and strong business relations with channel partners.
  • Monitoring approvals and disbursement TAT so as to remain competitive without compromising on Company's norms & policies.
Job Responsibilities
  • Plan & coordinate activities through the sales team
  • Chase goals for all areas of presence
  • Train and motivate team members
  • Supervise and guide the team's performance
  • Oversee cross selling of products in all product distribution
  • Handling the team of Relationship Managers and driving business agenda through them
