Enterprise Solution Architect-Associate Director

• Define, design, & build a strong, winning technology solution that address the pain-points by translating a strong understanding of the customer business context
• Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, solutions, operations, change management, pricing, transition, facilities et al) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal & response submission
• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of winning technical estimation / solutions for customers to introduce and establish new technology solutions into their business and business processes
• Technology and domain expertise (one or more - Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Energies and Utilities, Travel and Hospitality) and understanding of the various functions and regulations governing industry in complex engagements
• Deep understanding of industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraints
• Creation and maintenance of an effective knowledge management system to support all the phases of the opportunity lifecycle
• Design a technology solution that aligns with the larger engagement model across towers and jointly build engagement level transformation themes
• Strong experience as Solution Architect and Solution Integrator in India Market specific deals cutting across various technologies and industries.
• Engage senior clients through workshops and digital dialogues as Solution Designer to explore opportunities and better define the desired business outcomes; Support customers in imagining how solution can support and improve their business outcomes.
• Work with teams in a matrixed structure to meet customer expectations on business and technical solution without sacrificing quality.
• Leverage Alliance partner offerings and directions, current industry trends and client facing skills with at least CIO/CTO levels.
• Proven experience in managing India-market specific proposals with multi-Service lines and leading / managing Solution activities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong solution Integration skills in India Markets on multi-tower skills including multiple Service Lines, Platforms, Tools, OEMs, Partners etc,
• Should be able to provide a single view to customer about the solution in multi-service line deals.

• 10+ years of experience in creating robust Enterprise Technology Architecture or End to End solutioning and estimation in India Market specific deals.
• Extensive and hands-on experience on designing solutions for Indian clients is a must
• Experience in evaluating options for tool / technology product selection, compare and contrast on various evaluation parameters and help arrive at the final selection.
• Experience in providing technical solutions covering application modernization & transformation using microservices architecture, technical upgrades & migrations, cloud assessment, application rewrite using latest technologies, considering cloud/on-premises hosting
• Experience in Cognizant internal tools, accelerators & application risk profiling frameworks
• Analytical thinking - able to simplify complex problems, processes & projects into component parts explore and evaluate them systematically
• Experience in client presentation, creating Proof of Concepts (POC), & demo working solutions
• Hands-on experience with responding to complex RFP, RFI, Pricing, Estimation and SOW, proposal.
• Exposure to current digital trends with Point of View on app & tech in industry vertical
• Additional experience in managing DevSecOps / Agile delivery would be a plus
• Experience with technology areas of one or more of AWS, Azure, or GCP clouds
• Experience in defining and developing high-volume, horizontally scalable IT solutions
• Experience in translating business and feature requirements into technical specifications
• Experience in evaluating technologies for their appropriateness to proposed solutions, including assessing their strategic and/or tactical benefits to the product or wider department
• Experience of communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in building effective relationships with a wide range of technical peers
• Open to travel within India to do presentations and workshops with Customer Stakeholders as per requirements.
