Job Description:Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and support of our Atlassian suite, as well as contributing to the automation and optimization of our DevOps lifecycle. You will provide L1/L2 support for our internal systems and collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket, including user management, permissions, and workflow configuration.
Implement and manage Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Provide L1/L2 support for Atlassian tools, VDI, VMs, and Windows environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment and infrastructure.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve DevOps processes and workflows.
Maintain and document system configurations and procedures.
Manage and maintain VDI and VM environments.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of the Application Lifecycle and DevOps lifecycle.
Proven experience administering JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Virtual Machines (VMs).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket (at admin level).
3-5 years of experience with Application Lifecycle and DevOps lifecycle.
3-5 years of experience with Jenkins.
Experience with VDI and VMs.
Experience with Windows operating systems.
L1 or L2 support experience.
Experience with Linux is a plus.
