The Mission Director(MD) is a strategic PMO, Project management office, focusing on defining the path to cloud and managing customer cloud launch journey for our strategic customers. They ensure overall coordination of across SMEs within the business, ensuring customers achieve their cloud objectives and Atlassian value, and they will aggregate and prioritise product insights and feedback. In practice, this involves coordinating Atlassian experts from Sales, CSS, R&D teams to deliver the best solution to the customer for their cloud adoption and migration journey. You will report to the Senior Manager, Mission Directors. Oversee strategic customers, build a path to cloud and organise and implement deliverables to meet established goals. Create understanding between our customer objectives and broader goals Understand customer segment needs, and reliably demonstrate the ability to align their work to address those needs.Create recommendations from customer data, research and findings.
