Prior to Uber, Amit was in the US for ~17 years across McKinsey, TPG Capital, and as President of .About the Role:As the Content Marketing Lead at Zamp, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative and driving engagement within the fintech space. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content strategies, overseeing content creation, and executing campaigns to establish Zamp as a thought leader in the industry. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the fintech landscape to effectively engage our target audience and drive business growth. \nResponsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Zamp's brand objectives and target audience preferences
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and publication of high-quality content across various channels including website, blog, social media, email, etc
  • Craft compelling narratives that communicate Zamp's value proposition, mission, and vision to resonate with our audience and differentiate us in the competitive market
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and drive traffic to Zamp's digital assets
  • Strategize content distribution across relevant channels to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation
  • Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven optimizations
  • Identify and nurture partnerships with industry influencers, publications, and organizations to amplify Zamp's brand presence and reach new audiences
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform content strategy and maintain relevance
Qualifications & Skill Set required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Proven 4 to 6 years experience in content marketing, preferably within the fintech sector
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and punctuation
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative content strategies and produce compelling content that drives engagement and conversion
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and measure content performance
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Passion for fintech and a strong understanding of the financial industry, including knowledge of banking, payments, and financial technology trends will be big plus
