5. Have lead a 20+ member team in past to mentor LS Consultants
6. Ability shape pharma deals with domain expertize working closely with the Sales Leaders.
7. Anchor vendor briefing with Analyst groups for brand building
8. Ability to do brand positioning in pharma space thru' whitepapers, webinars and industry events
