Job Introduction: Lead delivery of HR services for direct employees at the Branch and ensure development and retention of right talent to support business, redresses of employee grievances, ensure statutory compliances along with ER team, implement employee related initiatives to ensure right employee experience aligned to G4S values Job Responsibility: HR Business Partnering - Develops and executes HR plan/ budget for the branch in accordance with business requirement and Hub HR plan/ budget Monitors HR activities for employees (direct) in the branch in line with defined process and guidelines Monitor adequate recruitment of required staff (direct) as per plan; assist recruitment team in relevant recruitment activities Monitor and track joining/ induction of staff (direct), and deployment of direct staff as per requirement Managing employee data - personal files at branch, work with transaction center to ensure timely update of employee information on ERP Facilitate training process (coordinate with existing employees, ensure attendance etc.) as per required training needs of staff in line with plan/ statutory requirement Ensure the timely completion and closure of PDR for all Branch indirect staff Payroll processing. Prepare HR metric dashboard for the branch in line with requirement of Branch/ Hub/ HO Employee Assistance and Grievance Handling Statutory Compliance Health & Safety The Ideal Candidate: Qualification Minimum: Graduation, diploma or equivalent in relevant discipline Desired: MBA/ Master's degree or equivalent, with preference for HR specialization Relevant Experience Minimum 7 - 12 years of experience in the HR function in a generalist profile of relevant industry Ability to understand the organizational and external environment and deal with conflicting Experience of handling HR for a large team of direct manpower would be preferable Knowledge of Payroll and Compliance is must.
