- Lead end-to-end development of AMR systems from concept, architecture, and design to testing and deployment
- Define system architecture including sensors, control systems, power management, and communication interfaces
- Drive development of perception modules (LiDAR, cameras, ultrasonic), SLAM, localization, and navigation systems
- Oversee motion planning, obstacle avoidance, and control algorithms implementation
- Lead embedded software development and integration with hardware systems
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams for system-level integration
- Define and execute validation strategies for navigation accuracy, payload handling, and system performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards such as ISO 3691-4 and CE requirements
- Support prototyping, pilot deployments, and production release activities
- Mentor and guide cross-functional engineering teams
- Drive performance optimization and scalability of AMR solutions
- Track emerging technologies in robotics, AI, and sensor fusion for product enhancement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field
- 7 10 years of product development experience
- Minimum 5 years in autonomous systems / robotics development
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Proven track record of delivering systems from concept to production
- Robot kinematics, motion planning, control systems
- SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping)
- Path planning, obstacle avoidance, navigation algorithms

- Embedded systems development
- C++ / Python (for robotics applications)
