Job Description:Job Purpose:Responsible for coordinating the daily warehouse activities for the assigned scope in a safe and efficient manner and the adoption of technological devices where necessary to aid in completing the responsibilities assigned. Ensure all customers' requirements are completed and meet their satisfaction level as per SLAs and KPIs.Incumbent specification EducationB. Pharm/D. Pharm qualification, Certified Pharmacist Certification holder.
ExperienceMinimum 4-6 years' experience in logistics operations preferably exposure into Inventory & quality controlIn Depth knowledge about 5 S, Warehouse safety & security protocols & compliances.

APLL Customer Management
Customer complaints to be resolved within 24 hrs, Issue Log to be maintain.
AR Management
Timely Invoice submission & Payment Collection
Customer KPI Achievement
Prepare and circulate - customer scorecard and ensuring KPI's are met.
Site Assessment/Internal Audit
Each site in charge shall audit the warehouse by self and recorded/Reported.
Succession planning
Identify second line and groom.
Timely accruals
Monthly accruals have to be submitted before period closure.
Zero Claims
Smooth Implementation of new processes/ Zero Customer Complaints/ Claims
QBR - Quarterly Business Review
Analyse and present quarterly data to customer for review and discussion

Qualifications: EducationB. Pharm/D.
