Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with expertise in Zoho Books and a strong background in team leadership. The ideal candidate will have CA Inter qualification (preferred) and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Manage and streamline accounting processes using Zoho Books and other financial tools. • Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring timely execution of financial tasks. • Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with Indian tax laws. • Generate financial statements, MIS reports, and budget forecasts for management review. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions. • Optimize workflow efficiency and implement best accounting practices. Key Requirements: • CA Inter qualification preferred (MBA Finance / M.Com can also apply). • 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management. • Strong knowledge of Zoho Books and other accounting software. • Proven experience in leading an accounting team and handling multiple projects. • Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities efficiently.
