Roles & Responsibilities Product Marketing Strategy: Define the TAM and SAM for the product line, identify the target market and segments for your product line. Define and iterate on the positioning, messaging and pricing of our products to meet overall business targets. Go-to-Market: Devise a go-to-market strategy to achieve overall business targets with cross collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams. Prepare compelling solution sales plays for multiple buyer personas, solving for differentiated business needs. Drive teams with sales plays and GTM campaigns to achieve organizational goals Product Innovation: Be on top of the voice of the customer as well as the happenings in the competitive landscape and the industry as a whole to include the product roadmap. Sales enablement: Enable sales and business teams with lead generation, industry fitments as well as through sales kits and various collaterals such as testimonials, case-studies to better the conversion funnel Intelligence: Deepen our understanding of target market segments and relevant audiences through competitive and market intelligence Skills and Qualifications: You have 3 years of relevant experience with Product marketing, Product Strategy or management consulting Exposure to Fintech and SAAS technology products in a strategy/marketing/product capacity Skills navigating processes and experience in a major industry (such as FSI, Ecommerce, B2C Internet First companies, etc.) is preferred You have MBA from Tier I college in Business, Marketing, or other related disciplines will be preferred Ability to interact and understand with executive management and C-Suite executives You have excellent verbal and written communication skills You are curious about metrics, execution processes, macro trends You are ambitious and have a natural focus and bias towards outcome
