Job Description:We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), agent-based architectures, and modern AI platforms. The role involves building, deploying, and observing LLM-powered applications with strong focus on scalability, security, and production readiness.Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications using RAG and agentic patterns
Implement and integrate agent workflows including planning, tool usage, memory, and safety loops
Develop APIs and backend services for AI systems using Python frameworks
Configure and optimize cloud-based AI models for performance, cost, and reliability
Implement observability practices including logging, tracing, and monitoring
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize AI solutions

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Hands on experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Platform/Automation roles with LLM exposure
Hands-on experience with LLM tooling such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, crewAI, or DSPy
Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns
Familiarity with Agentic Protocol concepts: planning, tools, memory, safety loops
Experience with MCP Server usage (tool exposure, permissions, schemas)
Proficiency in Python, including pandas and API frameworks (FastAPI / Flask)
Experience in prompt engineering and LLM evaluation workflows
Hands-on with vector databases: Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, FAISS
Experience with embedding models and similarity search
Practical knowledge of cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
Understanding of model configuration: rate limits, retries, cost controls
