About Wholesale Banking Products: Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Current Accounts, CMS, Trade and Forex, BBPS and Fastag and Sector Solutions. It also focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and services of the corporate customers. The Marketing and the Implementation team manages the branding and smooth onboarding of customers. About the Role: The role provides expertise around the Trade & SCF products by understanding customer needs and providing Be Spoke solutioning .The Trade and SCF Product Sales RM is responsible for Engagement with clients to develop and expand Trade & SCF portfolio through existing customers (ETB) and New- to- Bank (NTB)/ New -to-Trade (NTT). They are also responsible for driving the penetration of digital products and cross sale other WBP Products for an integrated solutioning. Key Responsibilities . Engagement with clients to develop and expand Trade & SCF portfolio through existing customers (ETB) and New- to- Bank (NTB)/ New -to-Trade (NTT). . Focus on increasing Trade Fee from ETB & NTT/NTB clients for the portfolio. . Focus on scaling up the NIM accretive SCF book from ETB & NTT/NTB clients. . Grow non fund based, fund-based trade book and open account trade flows. . Grow Digital penetration in the respective portfoliosby Embracing Project Neo - Platform & Trade API's. . Ensure working with other products of WBP to provide integrated product solutioning to our customers. . Co originate Trade & SCF clients along with client coverage to ensure onboarding of NTB/NTT clients. . Ensure strict compliance to internal and external regulations . Liaison with internalstakeholders to promote trade business . Take market feedback on trade & SCF products and share latest offerings with product team. . Suggest process improvements/streamline business transactions. Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized institute. Professional qualifications (i.e. CTF, CDCS, DC-PRO) in Trade Finance would be preferable Experience in Relationship management, Trade Finance. Must have an understanding of UCPDC, URDG, URC, URR, ISBP and FEMA related regulatory guidelines Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (CDCS) would be preferable Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: . Good planning, organizational, presentation and communications skills . Strong interpersonal skills . Excellent Trade & SCF product experience and knowledge. Ability to work with product team to provide be spoke structured Trade & SCF Solutioning . Ability to work successfully as a part of a team .
