- Support the EMEA Sales Organization
- Salesforce.com CRM administration around Accounts, Opportunities & Users.
- Drive forecast accuracy by ensuring data compliance in Salesforce.com CRM
- Daily troubleshooting for users and business owners in salesforce.com
- Report creation for analytics, data quality, and ad hoc queries
- Manage SFDC data imports and updates for EMEA
- Drive opportunity data management controls, processes, and data quality
- Resolve Sales Support tickets for Sales Users around account, opportunity, and process management.
- Support ongoing realignment of Customers and Prospects and related Territory Management via data assignments in salesforce.com CRM
- Be an advocate of the field and champion an “easy to do business with” approach; drive continuous improvement on all related sales processes, documents, and tools to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Sales process.
- Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Global Business Apps, and Finance in support of all the processes, projects and activities that impact data quality and process optimization
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a global sales or sales operations environment
- Proficiency with key sales tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, Clari, ZoomInfo, and other sales performance, forecasting, and automation tools.
- Prior experience supporting teams located regionally and/or globally, highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Salesforce.com
- Familiarity with Enterprise software, Cloud, and Services Sales.
- Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, make recommendations and decisions, and drive projects to completion
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
- Consideration for privacy and security obligations
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Fluent English
- Experience within a 500MM-1B revenue organization
- Open and collaborative, works as a team with professionalism.
- Disciplined - able to prioritize and work with rigor to high standards; able to follow process and produce quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability.
- Exceptional communication capabilities, written and oral.
