Essential Skills: 1 Install, Configure, Manage, Support, and Maintain Windows installed systems2 Ensure security hardening of Windows systems3 Ensure security of systems and data4 Manage system backups, restore, and recovery5 Manage user accounts, groups, and services6 Manage and maintain storage provisioned for Windows systems7 Work with users to resolve account/system issues8 Provide support on all Windows applications9 Provide support to users on basic and advanced server related tasks10 Assist with Windows server administration tasks11 Perform other related duties as assigned.12 Help troubleshoot problems with Windows servers, running various versions of Windows13 Engage in continuous testing of new Windows versions and applications on an on-demand basis14 Perform change control15 Assist with user management, such as creating accounts for new hires and training seasoned professionals on company policies16 Help automate server maintenance, patching including running scripts and automated processes17 Maintain server uptime and network performance18 Assist with server documentation19 Maintain server security20 Ensure all administrative procedures are followed21 Document all server incidents and outages
