Digital Advertising Analyst,Chennai, India.The mission of the Digital Advertising Analyst is to spearhead advanced Search Engine Marketing and/or Social Paid Advertising product analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization utilizing both the Matchcraft platform and the search engine platforms (Google, MSN), including social platforms such as Meta. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in data-driven decision-making, strategic thinking, and partner collaboration. They will be responsible for supporting team members, fostering partner relationships, and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience by delivering optimized and impactful digital advertising solutions.About the Job:The Digital Advertising Analyst is responsible for demonstrating expertise in online marketing, SEM, and display advertising to optimize campaigns across platforms like Matchcraft, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint. They conduct detailed troubleshooting, analyze data trends, and present insights to enhance team decision-making. Continuously learning about industry trends and maintaining certifications, they effectively communicate with team members and partners, manage multiple tasks efficiently, adhere to service level agreements, and excel in remote collaboration environments, contributing actively to team meetings and discussions while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain campaign performance.This position will work with a remote/global team. It must be able to consistently align working hours around Central Standard Time to align with teams located in the US, Canada, and India.Your Impact:This position works primarily with our Managed Service teams supporting our MatchCraft-direct, large enterprise partners. We have high expectations for MatchCraft platform expertise, Search/Social campaign expertise, and clear, concise, and accurate communication skills. Communication is both internal and the bulk of external client-facing communication is via our customer service ticketing system but may require occasional attendance in client-facing, virtual discussions.What You Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum of 2+ years in proven Paid Search and/or Paid Social experience
  • Expertise actively utilizing the MarchCraft platform for campaign management or the ability to become an expert user within 90 days.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Advertising, Communications majors preferred)
  • Advanced computer skills; high proficiency with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics Certification required (or the ability to become certified within 30 days); to be renewed annually
  • Superior (North American) English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with paid advertising on Facebook and other Social networks is a plus.
  • Working hours to align with Central Standard Time as clients are mostly in North America.
