Scope: Handling Pan-India ProjectsRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in township or large-scale real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities across multiple projects on a Pan-India level, ensuring timely availability of materials and services while optimizing cost and quality.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement for township and residential projects across India
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for various project requirements
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with vendors
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Coordinate with project, design, and execution teams for material planning and requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations
- Track market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to optimize procurement decisions
- Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and cost analysis for management review
- Proven experience in procurement for township or large-scale real estate projects
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor networks, and supply chain management
- Experience in handling procurement for multiple projects (Pan-India exposure preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong analytical and cost-control abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Experience working with luxury or large township developments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
