Oracle PL/SQL Developer

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries involving multiple table joins

• Design and implement indexing strategies to improve query performance

• Write and execute dynamic SQL for DML and DDL operations

• Develop and maintain database objects such as packages, procedures, and functions

• Handle large datasets using cursors, loops, and collections

• Perform DML operations (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) and DDL operations (CREATE, DROP)

• Implement exception handling and error logging mechanisms

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize PL/SQL code

• Collaborate with application teams for database integration

• Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

• Expertise in complex joins and multi-table query design

• Query optimization and indexing techniques

• Experience with dynamic SQL

• Cursor types: Implicit, Explicit, REF CURSOR, SYS_REFCURSOR

• CASE and DECODE statements

• Packages, stored procedures, loops, and collections

• Exception handling and logging mechanisms

• Strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities

• Experience with Java or backend integration

• Exposure to migration or modernization projects

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
