- 3+ years of experience in enterprise full stack application development and support
- Strong hands-on experience in UI development using React.js and Angular
- Proficient in Node.js scripting for backend services, APIs, and automation tasks
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and scalable microservices
- Write clean, efficient, and modular code following best practices and design patterns
- Responsible for end-to-end development — from UI to backend integration and deployment
- Contribute to code reviews, quality assurance, and unit testing processes
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to other team members when needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and develop full-stack features independently
- Adaptable to fast-changing priorities and project needs in an Agile/SCRUM environment
- Ability to manage and deliver across multiple modules/features simultaneously
- Exposure to modern DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) development using modern tools and frameworks
- Work with Product Managers and Tech Leads to define product development roadmap
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and backend engineers
- Proficiency in Node.js (with scripting capabilities for backend and automation tasks)
- Strong frontend development using React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
- Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control workflows
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Basic understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker)
- Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, or message queue systems
- Experience in mobile-friendly UI/UX design principles
- Exposure to any of the following is a plus:
- Real-time data processing
- Web-based customer support platforms
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across different time zones
