  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process efficiently.
  • Skill in Job Posting and advertising roles on multiple platforms to attract suitable candidates for diverse positions.
  • Expertise in Resume Screening to identify candidates who meet the specified qualifications and experience requirements.
  • Ability to utilize Boolean Search techniques to refine recruitment searches and locate elusive talent effectively.
  • Strong professional communication skills to interact with clients and candidates, ensuring clear and effective information dissemination.
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing recruitment logistics and documentation, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
