Senior Operations Manager

• Take end-to-end ownership of project operations from concept to execution

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage P&L responsibility for the operations department

• Track and review operational processes against business targets

• Ensure high-quality customer experience across project lifecycle

• Collaborate with design and execution teams to finalize design and GFC drawings

• Manage customer negotiations, contracts, and payment milestones

• Develop short-term and long-term operational plans

• Define project management guidelines and operational frameworks

• Monitor key performance metrics for project delivery and efficiency

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Evaluate commercial contracts and project milestones

• Collaborate with leadership for performance goals and operational strategy

• Improve operational efficiency through process analysis and optimization

• Develop and onboard vendors across categories

• Hire and scale teams in collaboration with HR

• Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements

• Implement operational systems and process visibility frameworks

• Build relationships with department heads, partners, and vendors

• Drive cost optimization and productivity improvements

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards

• Manage multiple high-value residential projects simultaneously

• 12-15+ years of experience in operations or project management

• Experience in luxury residential interior projects

• Strong P&L management and budgeting expertise

• End-to-end project lifecycle management experience

• Multi-project and multi-team management capability

• Stakeholder and client relationship management skills

• Vendor management and onboarding experience

• Process improvement and operational efficiency expertise

• Project planning, scheduling, and delivery management

• Contract negotiation and commercial understanding

• Resource planning and team leadership skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Qualification: B.Arch / B.E. Civil + PG/Diploma in Interior Design / Project Management

• Certification in Construction / Project Management preferred

• Willingness to travel as per project requirements

• ERP implementation experience (nice to have)

• Strategic operations planning and KPI management experience

• Cost optimization and budgeting expertise

• Leadership experience in scaling teams

• Knowledge of process automation and operational tools
