Industry: IT Services / Software Solutions / Digital TransformationRole OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in IT Services and IT Solutions. The role involves selling services such as software development, cloud, data, and digital transformation solutions to global clients.Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, APAC)
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation proposal negotiation closure
- Sell IT services such as:
- Custom Software Development
- Web & Mobile Application Development
- Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data & Analytics
- AI/ML and Digital Transformation solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
- Develop strategic relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams for solutioning and proposal creation
- Participate in RFPs, RFIs, and client presentations
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth areas
- 5 10 years of experience in IT Services / IT Solutions sales
- Proven track record of closing deals in international markets
- Strong understanding of IT services offerings and delivery models (Offshore/Onsite)
- Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Experience in selling to industries like BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail
- Exposure to Global Capability Centers (GCC) or offshore delivery models
- Existing client network in target geographies
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
