Industry: CoalLocation: Ahmedabad & Vadodara, GujaratJob PurposeThe Sales Manager's (B2B Industrial Raw material sales) primary role is toprocure sales orders for Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) used as raw material in B2Bdesignated regions. The SM role primarily targets companies using boilers andother heating systems that rely on Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) or alternativeenergy sources. SM has to be self-directed to meet personal sales targets. SMsmonitor periodically to assess performance and sales skills. Candidates shoulddemonstrate leadership skills in selling to new markets.Job DutiesThe job requires a daily commute to meet clients located at differentlocations.Visit the head office and plant site and convince purchase officers andmanagement for sales.Communicate and implement the Client's vision, mission, and overall salesdirection.Demonstrate leadership, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and aself-directed approach toward acquiring sales orders and closing business.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets andobjectives.Achieve predetermined monthly sales targets.Identify, select, and coordinate with potential clients through his skill andnetwork.Generate leads and inquiries while identifying opportunities relevant toRefuse Derived Fuel (RDF) sales.Work closely with customer service, quality control, operations, safety, andcredit.Do field, plant, and head office visits for the allotted client list, and executeselling parameters that conform to SMs SOPs.Preparation and submission of proposals with the support of the backendAchieving technical and commercial closure with clients.Attending and closing client negotiationsPossess knowledge and ability to interact with sub-vendors / suppliersConduct presentations at client premisesSupport the backend team in fulfilling documentation requirements aboutsales orders.After receiving training, report daily tasks in CRM, CCR, sales orderprocessing, inquiries, party allocation, operational CRM, and other onlinesales-tracking tools.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industrialclients.Can get work orders from respective clients (related to industries that useRefuse Derived Fuel RDF as a fuel source).Differentiate sales pitch and strategy for Industrial, Corporate, and SMEclients/leads.Coordinate actively within the Sales department to fulfill and executeRefuse Derived Fuel (RDF) sales.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities andthreats.Do problem-solving for unloading on client-siteEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresTravel to meet with designated clients and attend industry-specific eventsBuild network/contacts with purchase/procurement persons of variousindustries of Distilleries, cement plants, fertilizers, chemicals, textiles,paper mills, sugar mills, and othersStaying up to date with local government regulations and experience inhandling a team are mandatory requirements.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Experience of 3 to 5 years in B2B industrial sales is preferable.KnowledgeA strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies is a crucialqualification for this role.Proficient in Hindi and the regional language of the region.SkillsExceptional communicationInterpersonal skillsStrategic thinkingProblem-solving abilitiesNegotiation skillsClosing skillsRelationship-building skillsSales Pitch DevelopmentProduct knowledgeCustomer RetentionPerseverancePersuasionGrowth MindsetApp data-entry proficiencyTerritory ManagementObjection ManagementCustomer Relationship ManagementAttributesResults-drivenAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethicProactive sales approachesAdaptability to dynamic environmentsStrong customer focusOwnershipAccountabilityPositive MindsetCommitmentConfidenceDecision-Making AbilityGain the trust of clientsPerks and BenefitsCompetitive SalaryWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes GroupMediclaim, leave encashment, bonus, etc.There are opportunities for career advancement within the organization.Ongoing training and development programs.Warm Regards,Anuradha MandowaraTeam HR9725820791anuradha@srisaioverseas.com
