We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic education institution. The Receptionist plays a pivotal role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment, serving as the first point of contact for students, parents, faculty, and visitors. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing inquiries, coordinating communications, and supporting administrative functions. - Greet students, parents, faculty, and visitors in a warm, professional, and timely manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, manage voicemail, and relay messages accurately.
- Maintain and update visitor logs, sign-in sheets, and appointment schedules.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with the coordination of campus events, meetings, and appointments as needed.
- Support administrative staff with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Serve as a liaison between staff, students, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication.
- Handle basic inquiries regarding admissions, schedules, and campus resources with accuracy and empathy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with institutional policies.Requirements *Requirements:*
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language(s).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during peak hours or high-pressure situations.
- Basic knowledge of school or institutional operations is advantageous.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
