Cardinal Health is seeking Agile Team Facilitator (ATF) - Sr. Consultant, Agile who will be responsible for providing Agile development direction, align with stakeholders and requirements. This role is crucial to the success of our Agile teams, driving accountability and effective communication among and between teams. You will be implementing processes and facilitating ceremonies that make the teams more efficient and have an arsenal of techniques for helping teams understand the principles and realize the benefits of Agile development. In the team, you will be the impetus that drives improvement in product quality and team performance through alignment with core Agile values. Accountabilities: Responsible for facilitating the scrum process for scrum teams with cross-functional impacts that involve mid-complex to complex projects Steer development of functional and non-functional changes on the eCommerce Project Practice of agile methodologies, tools & processes and capturing requirements for Epics and Stories - Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence. Guides and coaches the scrum team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint. Coaching the team on estimation and planning methods and help team to choose right estimation methods and support them during the Product planning activities. Accountable for owning the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the scrum team(s). Partners with Product owners to communicate delivery of work product from the scrum team and escalates key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness. Collaborates with software developers, business analysts, QA and software architects to plan, design, develop, test and deliver Sprint work / products. Partners with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects. Work with global stakeholders and drive team's specific goals Develop highly effective working relationships with other IT and Business teams within and across business units through flawless execution and open, honest, direct communication. Experience in tracking and reporting various Agile metrics (not limited to Velocity and burn-down) to stakeholders. Hands on experience of scrum maturity assessment with action plan for continuous improvement. In-depth knowledge of other Agile frameworks like KANBAN, XP, Lean, and applied them within Scrum framework. Should be able to implement other frameworks with ease. Manage communication and coordination with cross functional teams at Headquarters and other global centers Excellent written and oral communication skills and Excellent presentation skills Have an enterprise perspective and help others to understand broad implications of decision making Work directly with the Project Management Office on resource and budget forecasts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software-related discipline. 10+ years of IT experience in Software Life Cycle with Application Development/Enhancement background 5+ years' experience in Agile Execution, Technical background is preferred Scrum Master certification (CSMPSM) is mandatory SAFe certification is a plus Good project management and follow-up skills Highly desired Experience in driving enterprise level agility, building business agility Experience collaborating in global/geographically diverse teams Experience in eCommerce /healthcare domain Proven ability to develop individuals and teams Job Location: Bangalore, India Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
