Job Description:Basic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, with first class with minimum 60%of marks.o Overall work experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience with bachelor's degree or 4-6 with Diploma with Electrical systems or wiring harness design/support preferably in Heavy Equipment /Automotive /off highway equipment'so CAD Tool:o Experience in routing and modification using Creo cablingo Capital Harness system (CHS ) Experience, including:§ Schematic-based harness definition§ Logical wire and connector assignment§ Physical harness routing in 3D§ Harness BOM and report generation§ Understanding of basic electrical principles and wiring architecture used in off-highway equipment.o Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Wiring Harness:o Work on electrical wiring harnesses used in off highway equipment.o Apply knowledge of wiring harness components such as:§ Wires and cables§ Connectors, terminals, seals, and splices§ Clips, clamps, sleeves, and protective coveringso Understand and interpret wiring harness layouts, drawings, and electrical schematics.o Support harness routing and design updates under guidanceo Ensure designs align with established engineering standards and practices.o Data Managemento Create, update, and maintain engineering data related to wiring harness components.o Manage:o Wiring harness Bills of Materials (BOM)o Component attributes and part numberso Engineering revisions and updateso Ensure consistency between drawings, 3D models, and engineering data.o Support change activities by updating harness data as per approved processes.o Coordinate with internal teams to address data-related queries.o Good Communication skillso Willing and ability to learn customer specific tools, processes, and standards.Department:Automotive & Mobility (India) AssociateSkills Required:Creo, Capital Harness Systems (Chs) Schematic-based harness definition,Logical wire and connector assignmentYears Of Exp:3 to 6 YearsDesignation:Associate
