Position: Regional Finance Lead-SouthJob Location: BangalorePrincipal Responsibilities:1. Preparation of Financial reports of company.2. Monthly , Qtrly and Annual Books closure as per calendar provided by corporate team3. Preparation of monthly MIS as per business requirement4. Processing of vendor bills as per GST/TDS/MSME and other relevant norms.5. Daily BRS for receivable and payable bank accounts.6. Adherence of Processes for on boarding of channel partners, customers and vendors.7. Responsible for completion of various audit such as Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Tax Audit with zero qualification8. Regular connect with channel partner and business team for resolution of business queries9. Adherence of all compliances related to GST , Income tax , MSME and company law10. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal norms.11. Coordination with Tax team for Direct/indirect tax assessment in region12. Monitoring billing Collection on continuous basis, Reduction in Credit Period andoutstanding and timely collection Adherence of agreement process for all line of business13. Monitor issue of Stock movement against billing, OTF Commission , Scheme Pay outs ,Reconciliation of activation reports14. Work with business teams to identify process gaps and implementation of various controls15. Reconciliation of Revenue from various reports of OBRM/ Connect/ERP16. Regular Analysis of negative balances (customer/LCO) and drive to collect the same withstakeholders17. Regular Analysis of Receivable ageing , reasons and drive for reduction with stakeholders18. Driving various projects as assigned by the managementRequired Qualification:1. CA with 15-18 Years of Experience in Financial reporting and managing a particular regionalas lead2. Should have good background from BFSI/Telecom/Media/Broadcaster/Cable TV/DTH/ISP3. Should be able to manage a team size of 15+ Members4. Language Proficiency on Kannada, & Tamil /Telugu is must5.
