- Develop and support custom applications, components, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Extend CRM functionality by creating custom entities, workflows, forms, plugins, and reports.
- Customize the CRM web client and Microsoft Outlook CRM interface.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CRM configuration, system upgrades, technical requirements, and user needs.
- Architect CRM solutions involving server-side code, business logic, workflow assemblies, integration modules, and plugins.
- Design end-to-end business processes and integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise applications.
- Work with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Common Data Service (CDS).
- Utilize MSSQL including performance tuning, troubleshooting, SSRS, and SSIS.
- Develop using .NET Framework, C#, CRM API, REST/OData, and SOAP endpoints.
- Work with ADO.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, and related technologies.
- Architect CRM-based business solutions leveraging SQL Server databases, reporting, and integration services.
- Conduct CRM application testing for customizations and configurations.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Evaluate and implement third-party tools to enhance the CRM ecosystem.
- Work with Azure DevOps for development lifecycle, CI/CD, and source control.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization and development.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CRM SDK integrations.
- Deep knowledge of MSSQL, SSRS, SSIS, and database architecture concepts.
- Experience with REST/OData, SOAP, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Expertise in object-oriented design and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and version control systems.
- Ability to gather and interpret technical and business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving capability with a high degree of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience customizing the Dynamics CRM web client and Outlook integration.
- Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and CDS.
