- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the design and build industry, with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
- Strong network and relationships within the design and build sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional team
