The National Business Development Head will be responsible for growing the business by expanding presence in the market and building strong relationships with clients in the design and construction sector.The National Head - Business Development ( Design & Build ) will be responsible for the following:

Expand the Design & Build vertical by developing and executing strategic plans
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders like architects, designers, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
Work closely with internal teams such as design, engineering, and project management to craft solutions that meet client needs.
Drive efforts to up-sell and cross-sell to existing clients, maximising revenue opportunities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the design and build industry, with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
Strong network and relationships within the design and build sector.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional team
