As a Part-time MERN Coach, you will be conducting classroom lectures educating college students and training them for tech placements. Location: Roorkee Duration: 3-6 months Responsibilities Live Training Sessions: Lectures will be conducted offline at our Academy in Roorkee. The expected duration of this session is 2 hours. Practice Sessions: Sessions to help students practice concepts, clear their doubts and queries will be conducted offline on demand. The expected duration of this session is 2-3 hours. This may also include some on-demand workshops on other placement-related topics, resume reviews or mock interviews to prepare students for placements. Video Content Creation: Cooperate with the Marketing Team for the creation of content for awareness and promotional campaigns. Curriculum Development: Detailed curriculum (class-wise), along with Practice Sheets and their solutions, and weekly tests to be prepared with the Explorin Curriculum and Content Team. Qualifications Required Strong knowledge of MERN Stack Experience in teaching or tutoring students Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment. Familiarity with programming languages like C++/Java/Python An IIT Graduate Experience in the industry as a software engineer is a plus
