This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage a team, execute territory plans, and consistently deliver on aggressive sales targets. Youll be expected to not only hit the numbers but to build and maintain a competitive edge in your area through smart planning, relentless follow-up, and strong stakeholder management.Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute area-level sales strategies aligned with company targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and drive performance of Territory Sales Officers/Executives.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics; adjust tactics as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to penetrate.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback loops.
  • Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and CRM data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 510 years of proven sales experience.
  • Experience in medical device sale is must.
  • Deep understanding of the regional market and channel dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation, people management, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
