As a part of our team at HME GCC, you will help HME leverage cutting-edge cloud technologies, and empower multiple industries to thrive by enabling seamless connectivity and enhancing communication.What you will do in the position:

Develop, configure, and maintain Jira workflows, schemes, and custom fields to meet business requirements.
Integrate Jira with other tools and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Create and manage dashboards, reports, and filters to provide insights into project progress and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance project management capabilities.
Provide technical support and training to users on Jira best practices and functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest Jira features and updates to ensure the platform is utilized to its full potential.

What you will need to succeed in this position:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Jira development and administration.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, or Python.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Experience with Jira plugins and add-ons, such as ScriptRunner, Jira Automation, and others.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
