You’ll work alongside supportive and collaborative teammates.You'll play a critical role in ensuring the service delivery, availability, and reliability of our fleets and infrastructure equipment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Production Managers, Test Members, Fleet Control, and Engineering Teams), provide technical support to autonomous teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.You’ll specifically take care of troubleshooting and fault diagnosis, but also support training and planning activities to enhance team capabilities.We’ll look to you for:Providing technical support and fault-finding expertise to maintenance and warranty teamsAnalyzing system event data to identify failure modes and compiling test/rectification reportsSupporting infrastructure maintenance and intervention at other sites when requiredCollaborating with Fleet Control, Engineering, and Reliability Teams to identify and resolve technical issuesAssisting in pre-work planning for shifts and contributing to the development of accurate planning boardsSupporting knowledge transfer and training within autonomous teamsEnsuring adherence to safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety and complianceAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
