Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide proactive solutions and recommendations to customers.
Make outbound calls to homeowners and businesses in Australia to promote solar energy solutions.
Must be having own laptop and good Internet connection.
