The main role of the Talent Acquisition Associate will focus on Recruitment Operations, which involves end-to-end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates for a specific role, which is crucial in the selection process.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirementsResponsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring managerResponsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring processResponsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely mannerResponsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targetsQualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, and a related degreeAt least six (6) months to one (1) year of BPO recruitment doing end-to-end recruitment (volume hiring) in a BPO/call center settingPreferably with Behavioral Interview CertificationExcellent communication skills in both oral and writtenWilling to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be willing to work on a mid shift to night shift scheduleMust be amenable to work onsite
