Learn more at merative.com Pending Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, technical requirements, and integration needs. Conduct thorough assessments to identify integration points and data flow requirements. System Integration Design: Design and architect integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems. Develop integration strategies based on industry best practices and client-specific requirements. Workday Studio Development: Utilize Workday Studio or other relevant tools to build, test, and deploy integrations. Develop custom solutions to address specific integration challenges and requirements. Data Mapping and Transformation: Define data mapping and transformation rules to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems. Implement data validation and error-handling mechanisms to maintain data accuracy. API Configuration: Configure and manage Workday APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to facilitate data exchange with external systems. Stay updated on the latest Workday API releases and features. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the reliability and functionality of integrations. Identify and address issues during the testing phase. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including data mappings, configurations, and error-handling procedures. Provide training materials and documentation for end-users and support teams. Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot integration issues, diagnose errors, and implement corrective actions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations. Security and Compliance: Ensure that integrations comply with security standards and data privacy regulations. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement necessary controls.
