- Perform COS, TOS, and Full Title Searches for multiple states.
- Review chain of title, ownership history, liens, judgments, and encumbrances.
- Identify title defects and verify Property in Question (PIQ) details.
- Prepare accurate title search reports within SLA timelines.
- Use tools like Fidler, Landex, and Ecclix for title search and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with client and state-specific guidelines
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Title Examination (COS, TOS & Full Search)
- Hands-on experience with Fidler, Landex, and Ecclix
- Strong knowledge of chain of title, liens, judgments, and encumbrances.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
