Salary: ₹10 – ₹15 LPA (Based on experience and capability)Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise quality control and quality assurance operations across raw materials, in-process, and finished goodsDevelop and implement quality systems, SOPs, and GMP guidelines specific to the cosmetics industryMonitor product quality metrics and perform root cause analysis and CAPA for deviations or non-conformancesCoordinate with R&D, Production, and Regulatory teams to ensure product and process complianceEnsure documentation and audits (internal & external) are maintained as per ISO/GMP/ regulatory standardsDrive continual improvement initiatives in product quality and customer satisfactionTrain and mentor quality team members to build technical capabilitiesLiaise with suppliers for material quality-related issues and improvementsQualifications:Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Technology, Biotechnology or related fieldExperience: Minimum 6 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or personal care manufacturing industryPreferred Certifications: Knowledge of ISO 22716, GMP, GLP, or any quality certifications related to cosmeticsKey Competencies:Strong analytical and decision-making skillsIn-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the cosmetics/personal care sectorHands-on experience with QC instruments, product testing, and documentationTeam management and cross-functional coordinationExcellent communication and report writing skills
