- Be an enabler to sales colleagues in developing business for (own and 3rd Party) CFS/Depot,
- Connect with Shiping lines, Novcc’s & other Logistic Service providers to promote our CFS’s across India
- Drive cargo volume, revenue and yield and collaborate with key inter-functional stakeholders to drive optimal performance,
- Collect and monitor pricing trends to conduct pricing analysis and make informed pricing decisions,
- Develop bundled solutions-both standard and customized to drive business expansion and acquisitions,
- Define strategy, growth targets per vertical/segment for competitive pricing,
- Collaboration with depot & sales managers to design, execute CFS/Depot based pricing strategy,
- Impart special cargo knowledge and awareness,
- Master's degree with 10year work experience in Supply Chain Logistics,
- Relevant experience in Special Cargo / Project Logistics / Carrier connections is preferred,
- Understanding of the local market landscape,
- Self-Starter, Able to work independently,
- Fluent in English, Good presentation & communication skills,
- Solution orientation - Customer focus and drive to serve customers mindset.
