- Manage and support technical queries from end-users based on the support model
- Resolve product/service problems by answering client queries, determining the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
- Review payroll values on the dashboards based on payroll updates in the system
- Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency
- Provide first-level support for payroll platforms including EYWP, GPSA, and Payroll Intelligence Centre (PIC)
- Monitor and resolve tickets using tools like ServiceNow - Troubleshoot system errors, data sync issues, and access problems in collaboration with IT, Power BI and Payroll teams.
- Document recurring issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for internal teams.
- Client Onboarding & Transition Support - Assist in onboarding new clients to payroll platforms by coordinating data collection, test rounds, and go-live activities
- Support localization workshops and statutory compliance mapping for country-specific implementations
- Collaborate with payroll operations teams to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0-4 years of experience in Payroll Support
- Intermediate MS Excel skills; knowledge of macros or automation is a plus
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills: Problem Solving, Performance tuning, Test case analysis, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow
- Strong communication skills
