- Implement and customize Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, BPFs, and security roles
- Work on case management, SLAs, queues, and sales processes
- Develop Power Apps (model-driven/canvas) and Power Automate flows
- Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions
- Support integrations with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and third-party systems
- Provide UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support
- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) experience
- Strong knowledge of Sales & Customer Service modules
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
- Good understanding of CRM security and data model
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Multi-country CRM implementation experience
- Power BI or Azure integration exposure
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead solution discussions
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile delivery models
