This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to improve advertising performance, maximize revenue growth, and enhance brand visibility within the eCommerce ecosystem. As part of a performance-focused marketing team, you will analyze campaign data, monitor key performance metrics, and implement optimization strategies to ensure strong return on advertising investment. The role requires a professional who is comfortable working with large datasets, understands the dynamics of online marketplaces, and can translate performance insights into actionable strategies. You will work closely with internal marketing teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns that align with client goals and marketplace trends. In addition to campaign execution, the position involves evaluating product performance, identifying growth opportunities, and improving advertising efficiency through continuous experimentation and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with marketplace advertising platforms, and a keen interest in the rapidly evolving eCommerce and digital marketing landscape.   • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across eCommerce marketplaces to support brand visibility and revenue growth
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as revenue, Advertising Cost of Sale (ACOS), and daily advertising spend
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of both new and existing products across online marketplaces
  • Manage and optimize campaigns using various marketplace advertising formats such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through experimentation, optimization, and data analysis
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor activity, and industry trends
  • Develop insights and recommendations that improve advertising efficiency and campaign outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal paid media and marketing teams to design integrated digital marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track campaign performance and highlight growth opportunities
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, advertising tools, and technologies within the eCommerce marketing ecosystem
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media roles
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing eCommerce advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from performance metrics
  • Familiarity with key eCommerce advertising metrics such as ACOS, revenue, and ad spend optimization
  • Experience working with marketplace advertising formats including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital commerce marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns and priorities
  • Strong interest in D2C brands and the evolving eCommerce landscape
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is considered an advantage
