Chartered Accountant/ MBA with 3+ year of work experience
Strong Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Preferred Candidates

Prior experience in Business Finance
Hand-On Experience
Prior experience in Ecommerce/ Fintech/ start-ups/Service/Consumer Tech/FMCG

Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to develop financial plans and develop deep understanding of the business drivers for the category
Perform a deep dive of key processes & analysis of category P&L/financial data to identify opportunities for optimization in conjunction with business stakeholders
Develop complex financial models to facilitate decision making with Business stakeholders
Drive process improvement initiatives that impact the category
Preparing and publishing periodic dashboards/trackers on key business metrics
Conduct monthly planning and weekly reporting of category performance on business metrics
Supporting the accounting team in month end closure activities
