- Develop and maintain AI-powered internal tools that automate workflows and boost stakeholders' productivity, with specialized focus on sales analytics and strategic planning operations
- Build and deliver ETL pipelines for Power BI/Snowflake datasets optimized LLM consumption, enabling efficient AI-driven analysis and empowering power users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data & Analytics teams and Sales Operations teams to identify high-value AI use cases and rapidly prototype AI-enabled utilities that align with business goals
- Transform enterprise data from Power BI and Snowflake into LLM-optimized formats while ensuring data integrity and reliable performance across AI-driven solutions
- Manage complete AI agent development lifecycle from ideation, testing, production deployment, and user adoption while implementing continuous integration and documenting best practices
- Champion organizational AI adoption by ensuring seamless system integration, demonstrating clear business value, and maintaining high standards for performance and user experience
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 8+ years of proven track record supporting sales organizations or sales business processes through analytics, automation, or technical solutions
- Demonstrated history of building and deploying AI agents or automation tools in real-world business settings for sales workflow automation
- Proven experience with semantic modeling in Power BI or Snowflake, plus familiarity with transforming sales data models for LLM integration and sales analytics optimization. (include data restructuring for LLM integration)
- Strong understanding of data engineering, APIs, and cloud-based architecture with experience in sales data
- Ability to function both independently and as part of cross-functional teams including sales teams and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping, iterative testing, and agile methodologies specifically applied to sales tools and business process improvements
