Role Description Graphic Designer This is a full-time on-site role in Kota. 6 Days a week (4 Days Work from Office, 2 Days Work from Anywhere) Experience 4+ Years Your Day to Day Create visuals that align with the brand aesthetics and handle graphic design requests for Kota City Blog and our clients. Be proactively involved in the branding processes and understand requests for social media creatives, printable materials and brand identity collaterals. Come up with creative ideas and be creatively inclined to solve problems using designs. Look for ideas and references and discuss them with the team before starting the design process. Manage assets, materials and source files to be needed/edited later. Work with Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw and Canva. Concept and design for show/channel identities and graphics packages, from the show open, background elements to set and scenic design for Social and Streaming. Work collaboratively across the team and ensure efficient process and communication Incorporate revisions per feedback as appropriate, ensuring approved layouts conform to style guides Delivering final assets to the appropriate team and stakeholders Contribute to creative brainstorms for various new initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in digital and graphic design or equivalent 4 years experience in Graphic Design for business-to-business High-level competency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw and Canva. Competency in Motion and Video Editing Tools like Adobe After Effects / Da Vince Resolve is a plus, but not necessary. Understanding of design principles, typography, and composition. Experience with both print and digital design projects. Ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain relationships Ability to multi-task with superior attention to detail and timelines Self-starter and strategic thinker who shows initiative is willing to troubleshoot when needed, presents new ideas, and executes.
