- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
- Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and other configurations.
- Develop and integrate ServiceNow with other third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Create and maintain documentation for new and existing processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and new releases, including testing and implementation.
- Ensure platform security and compliance with governance standards.
- Participate in Agile development processes and provide regular status updates
