And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseHaving4+ years of experience in Crowd Strike Antivirus and EDRDiagnose and rectify any virus/malware/spyware problems which can be fixed by the antivirus tool.Managing central AV serversTaking precautionary actions in terms of definition file updates and interim solutions released during the high alert situationsTroubleshooting virus related incidentsNecessary support for restoration or drillPreparation of MIR for Major IncidentsReinstallations raise due to incidentsIncident / Request fulfilment / Change managementRegular monitoring of update of antivirus signatures on all in scope devices.Discovering of the devices on central AV consoleRemove virus from in scope devices.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
Vulnerability management
Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
