Backed by a passionate team of 50+ professionals, we’re on a mission to make wealth creation accessible and intelligent for everyone.🕵️ Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Backend Engineer with prior expertise in designing and developing high-performance backend systems on Cloud. This role would be responsible for building backend services for trade automation and portfolio management.🎯 You’re a great fit if you:

4-6 years of hands-on experience in programming in one of the backend languages - Go, Node.js, or Python
Experience with Realtime Systems, Redis, Websockets, Event-Driven Architectures
Experience with databases such as MySQL, Firestore, Realtime Database
Experience with cloud platforms like GCP and experience with CI/CD tools
Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization
Curious about learning new tools, discovering innovations, setting up new processes to make us better
Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies and financial markets (Good to have)

In-Person Interview with Founders: A final round with our founders to ensure you're a cultural fit and aligned with our mission.

Our interview process is structured to be welcoming and insightful. We aim to give you as much insight into our company as we gain from learning about you. Typically, this involves 3-4 interviews, either virtual or in-person.
